Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (1:500 - 1:1000)
Western blot (1:1000)
Specificity and Use
TRAF3 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide TRAF3 16aa near the carboxy terminus of human TRAF3 (Genbank accession No. NP_663777).
Recognizes human TRAF3 and TRAF3b. Does not recognize other members of the TRAF family.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:1000. Detects a band at 64kD. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): 1:500-1:1000. Positive control: 3T3 cell lysate.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.02% sodium azide.
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C

Regulates pathways leading to the activation of NF-kappa-B and MAP kinases, and plays a central role in the regulation of B-cell survival. Part of signaling pathways leading to the production of cytokines and interferon. Required for normal antibody isotype switching from IgM to IgG. Plays a role T-cell dependent immune responses. Plays a role in the regulation of antiviral responses. Is an essential constituent of several E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complexes.
