Specificity and Use
TRADD antibody was raised against synthetic peptide surrounding amino acid 300 of human TRADD.
The antibody recognizes 34 kD TRADD in samples from human, mouse, and rat origins. Reactivity to other species has not been tested. Mouse small intestine tissue lysate can be used as a positive control. Blocking peptide is available separately.
