  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About TPSG1 / Tryptase Gamma 1

Q9NRR2 NM_012467 NP_036599.3

TPSG1 Antibody, Mast cell protease II Antibody, Mast cell tryptase Antibody, Pituitary tryptase Antibody, Skin tryptase Antibody, Lung tryptase Antibody, TrpA Antibody, Tryptase gamma I Antibody, Transmembrane tryptase Antibody, Tryptase gamma Antibody, Tryptase gamma 1 Antibody, PRSS31 Antibody, TMT Antibody, Gamma I Antibody, Gamma II Antibody, Serine protease 31 Antibody, Tryptase gamma II Antibody

Tryptases comprise a family of trypsin-like serine proteases, the peptidase family S1. Tryptases are enzymatically active only as heparin-stabilized tetramers, and they are resistant to all known endogenous proteinase inhibitors. Several tryptase genes are clustered on chromosome 16p13.3. There is uncertainty regarding the number of genes in this cluster. Currently four functional genes - alpha I, beta I, beta II and gamma I - have been identified.

Western blot

Western blot
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY TPSG1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TPSG1.
