Usage
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, ELISA and Neutralization. Immunoprecipitation: 25 ug/ml. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~3 ng/ml. Neutralization: 3 ug/ml. 50% of the proteolytic activity was inhibited under conditions in which the enzyme was present at 1 ug/ml and the substrate concentration was 10uM.
