A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with mouse and human based on 100% sequence homology. Cross-reactivity with Tropomyosin-1 alpha pS283 from other sources has not been determined.

Usage
Anti-Tropomyosin-1 alpha pS283 antibody is useful for ELISA, immunohistochemistry, and Western Blot. Expect a band approximately ~32.7kD corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 50µL of deionized water.
