Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 35kD band observed in Human, Mouse and Rat Skeletal Muscle lysates (calculated MW of 30.6kD according to NP_006748.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Marian et al, Circ Res. 1997 Jul;81(1):76-85. PMID: 9201030.). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 ug/ml.
