  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

TNNT3 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-TTLRSRIDQAQKHSK from the C-terminus of human TNNT3 (NP_006748.1; NP_001036246.1; NP_001036247.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Orangutan, Baboon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Guinea pig (100%); Galago, Shrew, Goat, Bat, Dog, Cat, Bovine, Rabbit, Lizard (93%); Ferret, Horse, Pig, Turkey, Zebra finch, Chicken (87%).
LS-E28073 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Human TNNT3. This antibody is expected to recognize isoform 1, 2 and 4 (NP_006748.1; NP_001036246.1; NP_001036247.1).
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 35kD band observed in Human, Mouse and Rat Skeletal Muscle lysates (calculated MW of 30.6kD according to NP_006748.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Marian et al, Circ Res. 1997 Jul;81(1):76-85. PMID: 9201030.). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 ug/ml.

Tris-buffered saline, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide

About TNNT3

TNNT3 Antibody, AMCD2B Antibody, Beta-TnTF Antibody, DA2B Antibody, FTnT Antibody, FSSV Antibody, TNTF Antibody, Troponin-T3, skeletal, fast Antibody, Beta TnTF Antibody, Troponin T3, skeletal, fast Antibody

The binding of Ca(2+) to the trimeric troponin complex initiates the process of muscle contraction. Increased Ca(2+) concentrations produce a conformational change in the troponin complex that is transmitted to tropomyosin dimers situated along actin filaments. The altered conformation permits increased interaction between a myosin head and an actin filament which, ultimately, produces a muscle contraction. The troponin complex has protein subunits C, I, and T.

Anti-TNNT3 antibody IHC staining of human skeletal muscle. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B9570 concentration 5 ug/ml.

Western blot

Western blot
TNNT3 antibody (0.01 ug/ml) staining of Human (A), Mouse (B) and Rat (C) Skeletal Muscle lysates (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
