Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
TNNT2 / CTNT antibody was raised against free human cTnT (MAb 2F3, 7G7, 2G3, 1A11, 9G6, 1C11, 1F11, 3D6, 7A9.
MAbs 1F2, 2F3, 7A9, 7F4, 7G7, 2G3, 1A11, 9G6, 1C11, 1F11 and 3D6 have no cross-reaction with skeletal TnT. Cross-reactivity of MAb 7E7 with cardiac TnI is 5 %. Additional comprehensive inmation about matched pairs different types of immunoassays, affinity constants and cross-reactivity with different ms of antigens and antigens from different species (rat, mouse, canine, bovine, porcine, monkey) is available.
TNNT2 / CTNT is the tropomyosin-binding subunit of the troponin complex, which is located on the thin filament of striated muscles and regulates muscle contraction in response to alterations in intracellular calcium ion concentration. Mutations in this gene have been associated with familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy as well as with dilated cardiomyopathy.
