Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Direct ELISA: 0.5 ug/ml using 100 ul/well, detects 0.2-04 ng/well of recombinant human APRIL. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit is 1.5-3 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
