Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Frozen
Flow Cytometry (1:10)
Specificity and Use
Reacts with the extracellular part of the mouse TNF-RI and with the soluble receptor.
Can be used for Flow Cytometry. Furthermore the antibody is useful for immunoassays, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistology on frozen sections. The reactivity of the antibody with soluble TNF-Receptor is inhibited by high concentrations of both mouse and human TNF-alpha. Immunohistology: 1:10. Flow Cytometry: 1:10. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, 0.02% sodium azide, 0.1% BSA.
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C
TNFRSF1A / TNFR1 is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This protein is one of the major receptors for the tumor necrosis factor-alpha. This receptor can activate NF-kappaB, mediate apoptosis, and function as a regulator of inflammation. Antiapoptotic protein BCL2-associated athanogene 4 (BAG4/SODD) and adaptor proteins TRADD and TRAF2 have been shown to interact with this receptor, and thus play regulatory roles in the signal transduction mediated by the receptor.
