Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
TNFRSF17 / BCMA is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor is preferentially expressed in mature B lymphocytes, and may be important for B cell development and autoimmune response. This receptor has been shown to specifically bind to the tumor necrosis factor (ligand) superfamily, member 13b (TNFSF13B/TALL-1/BAFF), and to lead to NF-kappaB and MAPK8/JNK activation.
Western Blot analysis of TNFRSF17 expression in transfected 293T cell line by TNFRSF17 monoclonal antibody (M01), clone 1F10.Lane 1: TNFRSF17 transfected lysate(20.1 KDa).Lane 2: Non-transfected lysate.
Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Detection limit for recombinant GST tagged TNFRSF17 is approximately 0.3 ng/ml as a capture antibody.
