Usage
The monoclonal antibody can be used for Western blot and for staining of TNF-alpha in tissuesections of human, several monkeys and possibly also other animals. It stains both frozen sectionsand classic paraffin embedded sections. Unspecific background staining is seen in connective tissue.Is is also useful for immunoassays and flow cytometry.
