Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

TLR9 antibody was raised against human TLR9
The 72-1665 antibody has been tested by intracellular flow cytometric analysis of hTLR9 transfected cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 1 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.

Packaging

Aqueous buffer, 0.09% sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer.
Store at 4°C, avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.
For research use only.

About TLR9

Q9NR96 NM_017442 NP_059138.1

TLR9 Antibody, CD289 Antibody, CD289 antigen Antibody, Scri2a Antibody, Toll-like receptor 9 Antibody

TLR9 is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family which plays a fundamental role in pathogen recognition and activation of innate immunity. TLRs are highly conserved from Drosophila to humans and share structural and functional similarities. They recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) that are expressed on infectious agents, and mediate the production of cytokines necessary for the development of effective immunity.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Anti-TLR9 antibody IHC of human lung. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B7876 dilution 20 ug/ml.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Anti-TLR9 antibody IHC of human spleen. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B7876 dilution 20 ug/ml.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
HEK 293 parent cells were fixed and permeabilized and subsequently stained with either anti-rat IgG-FITC alone (thin line) or with 1 ug of 72-1665 followed by anti-rat IgG-FITC (thick line).
