Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

TLR7 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide from human TLR7.
aa706-728
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 706-728 of human TLR7. It will cross-react with mouse TLR7. In human Ramos cells, additional bands are seen.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2252 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2252 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.

Packaging

About TLR7

Q9NYK1 NM_016562 NP_057646.1

TLR7 Antibody, Toll-like receptor 7 Antibody

TLR7 is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family which plays a fundamental role in pathogen recognition and activation of innate immunity. TLRs are highly conserved from Drosophila to humans and share structural and functional similarities. They recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) that are expressed on infectious agents, and mediate the production of cytokines necessary for the development of effective immunity.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Anti-TLR7 antibody IHC of human small intestine. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B2252 concentration 5 ug/ml.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of TLR7 in Raw cell lysate using antibody at 1 ug/ml.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Intracellular staining by FACS analysis of TLR7 in Ramos cells (A) and Raw cells (B) using antibody at 2 ug/ml. Histogram C shows the rabbit IgG isotype control .
