  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About TLR6

Q9Y2C9 NM_006068 NP_006059.2

TLR6 Antibody, CD286 antigen Antibody, CD286 Antibody, Toll-like receptor 6 Antibody

Participates in the innate immune response to Gram-positive bacteria and fungi. Specifically recognizes diacylated and, to a lesser extent, triacylated lipopeptides. Acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response. Recognizes mycoplasmal macrophage-activating lipopeptide-2kD (MALP-2), soluble tuberculosis factor (STF), phenol-soluble modulin (PSM) and B.burgdorferi outer surface protein A lipoprotein (OspA-L) cooperatively with TLR2.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Intracellular flow cytometry of TLR6 in human PBMC cells using LS-C148129 at0.5 ug/10^6 cells. Shaded histogram represents PBMC without antibody; green represents isotype control (BD Pharmingen);red represents LS-C148129 antibody.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Intracellular flow cytometry of TLR6 in Ramos cells using LS-C148129 at0.5 ug/10^6 cells. Shaded histogram represents Ramos cells without antibody; green represents isotype control (BD Pharmingen);red represents anti-TLR6 antibody.
