Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Flow Cytometry (1:10 - 1:50)
Specificity and Use
Ba/F3 cell line transfected with mouse TLR4 and MD-2.
Recognizes mouse toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), when associated with MD-2 and co-precipitates MD-2 with TLR4. Does not detect TLR4 alone. TLR4 mediates the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide through co-operation with MD-2 and CD14. Clone MTS510 has been reported to block LPS-induced cytokine production. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional studies, XXX recommend the use of EQU003 for this purpose. N. B. Clone MTS510 binds to an epitope of TLR4/MD-2 that is lost after LPS stimulation.
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.
