Usage
ELISA, Flow cytometry. Functional studies: It has been shown to block the activation of monocytes with LPS). Immunoprecipitation: suitable. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1 ug/ml. Flow cytometry: 2-5 ug/1 x 10 cells. However, the optimal condition has to be determined for individual experiments. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
