Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About TLR3

O15455 NM_003265 NP_003256.1

TLR3 Antibody, CD283 Antibody, Toll-like receptor 3 Antibody, CD283 antigen Antibody, IIAE2 Antibody

TLR3 is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family which plays a fundamental role in pathogen recognition and activation of innate immunity. TLRs are highly conserved from Drosophila to humans and share structural and functional similarities. They recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) that are expressed on infectious agents, and mediate the production of cytokines necessary for the development of effective immunity.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
IHC of human gut lumen (longitudinal section, transverse region) using antibody at 10 ug/ml.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of TLR3 in lysates from untransfected 293 cells (lane A), 293 cells transfected with human TLR3 cDNA (lane B), and 20 ug/lane human intestine tissue lysate (lane C).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Intracellular flow analysis of TLR3 in Ramos cells using 2 ug of antibody. Shaded histogram represents Ramos cells without antibody; green represents isotype control; red represents anti-TLR3 antibody.
