Immunogen
Human Toll Like Receptor 2 (TLR2).
Specificity
Recognizes human Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) at ~90kD. Species cross-reactivity: Cynomolgus monkey, rhesus monkey and marmoset monkey.
Applications
  • IHC
  • IHC - Paraffin
  • IHC - Frozen
  • Western blot (1:25)
  • Immunoprecipitation
  • Flow Cytometry (1:25)
  • Neutralization

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, Immunoassays and Neutralization of TLR2 (blocks TLR2 agonist-induced cellular activation). Flow Cytometry: 1:25. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and Paraffin): 1:25. Western Blot: 1:25. Neutralization: In vitro dilutions have to be made according to the amount (s) of TLR2 to be inactivated. Before use in biological assays, the product must be filter sterilized and depending on the concentration to be used dialyzed against culture medium to remove the sodium azide added.
Presentation
PBS, 0.1% BSA
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
