TLR2 antibody was raised against cHO cells transfected with human TLR2 cDNA. The hybridoma supernatants were selected by flow cytometry.
Recognizes human TLR2 (Toll Like Receptor 2) (Azide Free).
Suitable for detection of TLR2 protein by immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry. Ramos cells can be used as positive control. This antibody can also be used in functional assays, such as, inhibition of LPS-induced IL-6 production. Use of different dilution of antibody for optimal result in flow cytometry is recommended for a particular experiment. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
