Specificity and Use
Tin / Tin-2 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 44-58 (VAPGLVRYRHHERLC) of human Tin2 was used as immunogen for this antibody. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Orangutan, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset (100%); Bovine, Dog, Elephant, Panda, Horse, Pig (93%); Mouse (87%); Rat, Hamster, Rabbit, Opossum (80%).
A synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 44-58 of human Tin2 was used as immunogen.
