Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

THY1 / CD90 antibody was raised against con A stimulated canine T cells.
Recognizes the canine Thy-1 cell surface antigen, a 20-30kD glycoprotein expressed by monocytes and T lymphocytes. The antibody has been reported to deplete T cells in vivo and to block Con A driven T cell proliferation in vitro.
Flow Cytometry: 1:50. Immunoprecipitation.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% Sodium Azide
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
THY1 or CD90 is a 25–37 kDa heavily N-glycosylated, glycophosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchored conserved cell surface protein with a single V-like immunoglobulin domain, originally discovered as a thymocyte antigen. Thy-1 can be used as a marker for a variety of stem cells and for the axonal processes of mature neurons.
