Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Thy 1.2 antibody was raised against eL-4 cells.
Recognizes the mouse Thy1.2 cell surface antigen and binds to T cell lines (EL-4, 3A9), T lymphocytes and the WEH1-3 cell line. 3T3 fibroblasts are also stained by this antibody. This clone recognizes a 30kD glycoprotein in immunoprecipitation and Western blotting assays. The antibody strongly induces homotypic adhesion of Thy1.2 positive cell lines.
Flow Cytometry:1:50-1:100. Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
