Specificity and Use
THAP5 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide located between aa203-252 of human THAP5 (Q7Z6K1, NP_001123947). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gibbon (100%); Monkey, Marmoset (92%); Bat, Horse (85%).

ELISA titer using peptide based assay: 1:312500. Western Blot: Suggested dilution at 1 ug/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1:50000 - 100000 as second antibody.
