Recognizes transglutaminase. The transglutaminases (TG) are a family of enzymes that catalyze covalent cross-links between proteins via calcium dependant transamination. Thewas raised against the transglutaminase isoenzyme TG2. Cross reactivity with TG1 and other members of the TG protein family has not been established.
