Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About TGFBI

Q15582 NM_000358 NP_000349.1

TGFBI Antibody, BIGH3 Antibody, Beta ig-h3 Antibody, CDG2 Antibody, CSD Antibody, CSD2 Antibody, CSD3 Antibody, CDGG1 Antibody, EBMD Antibody, Kerato-epithelin Antibody, LCD1 Antibody, RGD-CAP Antibody, CDB1 Antibody, CSD1 Antibody

TGFBI is an RGD-containing protein that binds to type I, II and IV collagens. The RGD motif is found in many extracellular matrix proteins modulating cell adhesion and serves as a ligand recognition sequence for several integrins. This protein plays a role in cell-collagen interactions and may be involved in endochondrial bone formation in cartilage. The protein is induced by transforming growth factor-beta and acts to inhibit cell adhesion.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Anti-TGFBI antibody IHC of human kidney, renal duct. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B5942 concentration 3.75 ug/ml.

Western blot

Western blot
TGFBI antibody (0.3 ug/ml) staining of Human Kidney lysate (35 ug protein/ml in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
