Specificity
Recognizes the dimeric (25kD) and monomeric (12.5kD.) forms of TGF-beta in Western Blot under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Recognizes both human platelet-derived and recombinant TGF-beta in ELISA.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot: 5-20 ng/ml will allow visualization of 100 ng/lane of TGF-beta. Hybridoma: Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
