NS0-derived rmTFPI.

Recognizes mouse rmTFPI in direct ELISAs and Western Blots. Shows no cross-reactivity with rhTFPI or rmTFPI-2. Species sequence homology: rat, 73%,; human/chimpanzee, 61%; and canine 54%.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot:1-2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse TFPI. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~10 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Use of this antibody under reducing conditions is not recommended. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse TFPI. The detection limit is ~1 ng/well.
