Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone H131] (IgG2b,k) to Human TCR Vbeta13 .1
Human TCR Vbeta13 .1
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2b,k Monoclonal [H131]
Specificity and Use
TCR Vbeta13 .1 antibody was raised against human T Cell Receptor Vbeta13 .1
This H131 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 5 ul (1.0 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Aqueous buffer, 0.09% sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer.
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with APC anti-human CD3 (UCHT1) (LS-C107411) and FITC Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (left) or FITC anti-human V beta 13.1 TCR (right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
