  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

TCERG1 / CA150 antibody was raised against recombinant protein fragment contain a sequence corresponding to a region within amino acids 419 and 1077 of CA150. Percent identity by BLAST analysis:
Human TCERG1
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC-Paraffin: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10 mM Citrate buffer (pH 6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0)], ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

0.1 M Tris-glycine, pH 7, 20% Glycerol, 0.01% Thimerosal
Aliquot and freeze at -20° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

TCERG1 Antibody, CA150 Antibody, Co-activator of 150 kDa Antibody, TAF2S Antibody, Transcription factor CA150 Antibody, Urn1 Antibody

Transcription factor that binds RNA polymerase II and inhibits the elongation of transcripts from target promoters. Regulates transcription elongation in a TATA box-dependent manner. Necessary for TAT-dependent activation of the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) promoter.

IHC of paraffin-embedded Colon, using CA150 antibody at 1:250 dilution.
