TAS1R2 / T1R2 antibody was raised against a 19 AA Peptide sequence near the C-terminus of rat TR2(1). The peptide was coupled to KLH.
The 19 AA rat control peptide is specific for rat TR2. It has no significant sequence homology with TR1 or gustducin or pheromone receptors. The control peptide is available to confirm specificity of antibodies.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml for affinity pure antibody using ECL. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml for affinity pure. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
