Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About TAB1

Q15750 NM_006116 NP_006107.1

TAB1 Antibody, 3'-Tab1 Antibody, 3-Tab1 Antibody, MAP3K7IP1 Antibody, TAK1-binding protein 1 Antibody

TAB1 was identified as a regulator of the MAP kinase kinase kinase MAP3K7/TAK1, which is known to mediate various intracellular signaling pathways, such as those induced by TGF beta, interleukin 1, and WNT-1. This protein interacts and thus activates TAK1 kinase.

Western blot

Western blot of MAP3K7IP1 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal MAP3K7IP1-pS438. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the MAP3K7IP1 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
