Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation: 2 ug/mg protein lysate. Use Protein A. Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 1:50 for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissue requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Western Blot: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Positive control: Raji, K562, HL-60, U937 cells or lymphoma.
