Synthetic peptide derived from the C-Terminus of the human SUMO-3 protein.
Epitope
C-Terminus
Specificity
Reacts with the human SUMO-3 protein also known as SMT3A, SMT3h1, or Sentrin-3. Also reacts with SUMO-2. On Western blots, it identifies a single band at ~18kD. Several bands of unknown origin may be observed at ~25kD, ~35kD, and above. Reactivity has been confirmed with SK-OV3 human ovary adenocarcinoma or Jurkat human T lymphocyte Leukemia cell lysates.
