STK4 antibody was raised against gST fusion protein corresponding to residues 276-487 of human Mst1/Krs2.
Recognizes Mst1/Krs2, Mr 56kD. An additional protein may be detected in some cell lines, Mr 64kD. Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse and rat.
Immunoprecipitation Kinase: This antibody has been reported to immunoprecipitate active MST1/Krs2 from Cos cells transiently transfected with MST1/Krs2.1,2. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 ug/ml detects MST1/Krs2 in RIPA lysates from A431. A previous lot detected MST1/Krs2 in RIPA lysates from HeLa cells. Western Blot Analysis: Representative blot from a previous lot. A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-MST1/Krs2 (1 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. MST1/Krs2 ~56kD).
