  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Orangutan, Gibbon, Monkey, Galago, Marmoset, Panda, Bovine, Dog, Bat, Horse, Rabbit, Guinea pig, Platypus (100%); Elephant, Lizard (92%); Mouse, Rat, Turkey, Zebra finch (85%).
LS-E27836 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C154966. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Human STK3. This antibody is not expected to cross-react to STK4
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx 65kD band observed in lysates of cell lines A431 and NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 56.3kD according to Human NP_006272.2 and 56.8kD according to Mouse NP_062609.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.

STK3 Antibody, Mess1 Antibody, MST-2 Antibody, MST2 Antibody, Serine/threonine kinase 3 Antibody, KRS1 Antibody, STE20-like kinase MST2 Antibody

Stress-activated, pro-apoptotic kinase which, following caspase-cleavage, enters the nucleus and induces chromatin condensation followed by internucleosomal DNA fragmentation. Key component of the Hippo signaling pathway which plays a pivotal role in organ size control and tumor suppression by restricting proliferation and promoting apoptosis.

Western blot

STK3 antibody (1 ug/ml) staining of NIH3T3 lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
