Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Human embryonal carcinoma cell line 2102Ep
Neuraminidase resistant form of the TRA-1-60 antigen that is expressed upon the surface of human teratocarcinoma stem cells (EC), human embryonic germ cells (EG) and human embryonic stem cells (ES). No immunoreactivity is seen with murine EC, EG or ES cells. TRA-1-60 reacts with a sialidase-sensitive epitope.
TRA-1-60 Antibody (TRA-1-60(R)) - Embryonic Stem Cell Marker - Human embryonic stem cells stained with TRA-1-60 antibody detected with Alexa Fluor 488 anti-mouse IgM secondary antibody. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Flow Cytometry: TRA-1-60 Antibody (TRA-1-60(R)) - FACS staining of NTERA-2 cells a 1:50 dilution detected using Dylight-488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgM secondary antibody. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
