Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
STAT5 A+B antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues around tyrosine 694 of mouse Stat5 (KLH coupled).
Detects endogenous levels of Stat5 alpha and Stat5 beta only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 694. It does not cross-react with the corresponding phosphotyrosines of other Stat proteins. Species cross-reactivity: human. Predicted to cross-react with rat based on sequence homology.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000. Immunoprecipitation: 1:200.
10 mM sodium HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 100ug/ml BSA, < 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
