Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse, Human, Rat (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)

Specificity and Use
STAT5 A+B antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide (KLH coupled) corresponding to residues around Tyr694 of mouse Stat5.
Detects endogenous levels of mouse Stat5 only when phosphorylated at Tyr694. Does not cross-react with the corresponding phospho-tyrosine residues of other Stat proteins. Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse, rat.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 1:50. Western Blot: 1:1000.
10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol. No preservative added.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
