Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (1:50), Western blot, Immunoprecipitation
Specificity and Use
STAT2 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide from human STAT2.
Peptide mapping to the carboxy terminus of human STAT2
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B1649 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B1649 was determined to be 1:50.
Anti-STAT2 antibody IHC of human tonsil. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B1649 dilution 1:50.
Hela cell extract was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with rabbit anti-STAT2 polyclonal antibody. Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence system.
