A synthetic tyrosine phosphorylated peptide encompassing the conserved C-Terminus tyrosine phosphorylation site (Y701) of murine STAT1 protein. This peptide differs from the corresponding human STAT1 sequence by one amino acid.

Specificity
Recognizes the tyrosine-701 phosphorylated form of STAT1 protein. Does not exhibit appreciable cross-reactivity with corresponding tyrosine phosphorylated forms of other STAT proteins or with other endogenous phosphotyrosine containing proteins. Species cross-reactivity: Human and mouse.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections): 5 ug/ml; Heat induced epitope retrieval (HIER) with citrate buffer, pH 6.0, is required.
