Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Between each step, wash cells with PBS containing BSA. Immunohistochemistry: 8-25 ug/ml in paraffin-embedded normal human cortex tissue sections. Flow cytometry (Intercellular staining): 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells.
