Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

LS-E27247 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C139575. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
aa197-210
Human SRGAP2. This antibody is expected to recognize isoform a (NP_056141.2).
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western blot: Approx 124kD band observed in lysates of cell line HeLa and in rat primary culture cortical neurons at Day 4 (calculated MW of 121kD according to human NP_056141.2 but the rat protein sequence is stlll provisional). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: Transfected HEK293 transiently expressing GFP-tagged Human srGAP2 with the primary antibody stained in the red channel (Confocal IF).

About SRGAP2

O75044 O75044

SRGAP2 Antibody, ARHGAP34 Antibody, FNBP2 Antibody, Formin binding protein 2 Antibody, KIAA0456 Antibody, Formin-binding protein 2 Antibody, SRGAP2A Antibody

RAC1 GTPase activating protein (GAP) that binds and deforms membranes, and regulates actin dynamics to regulate cell migration and differentiation. Plays an important role in different aspects of neuronal morphogenesis and migration mainly during development of the cerebral cortex. This includes the biogenesis of neurites, where it is required for both axons and dendrites outgrowth, and the maturation of the dendritic spines.

Western blot

Western blot
SRGAP2 antibody (0.1 ug/ml) staining of Rat Cortical Neuron lysate (35 ug protein/ml in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
