Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
SREBF1 / SREBP-1 is a transcription factor that binds to the sterol regulatory element-1 (SRE1), which is a decamer flanking the low density lipoprotein receptor gene and some genes involved in sterol biosynthesis. The protein is synthesized as a precursor that is attached to the nuclear membrane and endoplasmic reticulum. Following cleavage, the mature protein translocates to the nucleus and activates transcription by binding to the SRE1.
Anti-SREBF1 / SREBP-1 antibody IHC of human kidney. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B93 concentration 10 ug/ml. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Detection of SREBP1. Lane 1: human liver, Lane 2: mouse liver. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Detection of SREBP1 in mouse liver lysate using LS-C2900. 1 min. ECL exposure. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
