The antibody was produced using a synthetic peptide derived from the amino acid region 31-49 of human Src. The sequence is conserved in mouse.
Specificity
Reactivity: Human and mouse Src. Rat (100% homologous) has not been tested, but is expected to react. Chicken Src (69% homologous) has also not been tested.
Applications
- Western blot
Usage
Suitable for use in Western blotting applications. For Western blotting applications, we recommend using the antibody at a 1:1000 dilution. Positive control: CEF cell extracts +/- Src; human platelets.
