Specificity
Detects the non-snRNP splicing factors termed SR proteins. Recognizes all members of the SR protein family. However, the epitope is phosphorylation-dependent so care must be taken to avoid dephosphorylation. Species cross-reactivity: Human and Xenopus.

Usage
