Alpha Fodrin antibody LS-B10415 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to Alpha Fodrin (SPTAN1) from human. It is reactive with human and mouse. Validated for ICC, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

Mixture of five recombinant constructs containing the entire C-Terminus of human alpha-II spectrin (aa 676-2400). The 9th spectrin repeat also includes a Src-homology 3 domain, and the extreme C-Terminus beyond the 20th spectrin repeat contains two EF hand calcium binding motifs. These constructs were expressed in and purified from E. coli.

Usage
The serum can be diluted to 1:500-1:1000 for immunofluorescence staining and 1:5000-1:10000 for western blotting. On western blots look for a major band at 240kDa, depending on the species.
