Specificity
Recognizes the human CD43 cell surface antigen, a 95-115kD glycoprotein also known as leukosialin and sialophorin. CD43 is expressed by T lymphocytes, a subset of B lymphocytes, and by granulocytes and monocytes.

- Flow Cytometry (1:1)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute with distilled water.
Storage
Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Store undiluted. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
