Specificity
Recognizes the rat CD43 cell surface antigen, also known as leukosialin and sialophorin. CD43 is a 95kD heavily glycosylated glycoprotein expressed by all leucocytes with the exception of B lymphocytes. This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on rat splenocytes.

- Flow Cytometry (1:1)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute with distilled water.
Storage
Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Store undiluted. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
