Specificity
Recognizes the rat CD43 cell surface antigen, also known as leukosialin and sialophorin. CD43 is a 95kD heavily glycosylated glycoprotein expressed by all leucocytes with the exception of B lymphocytes.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin). Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul.
