Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
IHC - Paraffin
IHC - Frozen
Specificity and Use
Recognizes a 95-135kD type I single chain transmembrane sialoglycoprotein also called leukosialin or sialophorin.
Suitable for use in indirect immunofluorescence staining of human cells for flow cytometric analysis using 1 ug/1E6 cells and is tested for immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections and formalin-fixed paraffin sections.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide.
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
One of the major glycoproteins of thymocytes and T lymphocytes. Plays a role in the physicochemical properties of the T-cell surface and in lectin binding. Presents carbohydrate ligands to selectins. Has an extended rodlike structure that could protrude above the glycocalyx of the cell and allow multiple glycan chains to be accessible for binding. Is a counter-receptor for SN/Siglec-1 (By similarity).
